What counts as a minute?
Billable minutes are connected call seconds, rounded up to the nearest minute. Ringing time, voicemail drops, and failed connections don't count. We bill in seconds internally and round at month-end.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
You keep dialing. Overages roll over to the per-minute rate of your tier - $0.09/min on Growth, $0.06/min on Scale. You'll see a usage warning at 80%, 95%, and 100% of your monthly bucket.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we pro-rate any difference. There's no annual contract on Starter or Growth - Scale requires a yearly commitment.
Is there a setup fee or per-seat charge?
Neither. Pricing is per minute and per tier. Add as many users as you need at no extra cost - we don't believe in per-seat penalties for growing teams.
Do you offer a free trial on Growth?
Yes - 14 days, full feature access, no credit card required to start. The Starter tier itself is free forever (100 mins/month) if you'd rather just stay on that.
How does Scale pricing work?
Scale is custom-quoted based on monthly volume, SLA needs, and infrastructure requirements (SSO, BAA, on-prem inference). Typical Scale customers run 50k-500k minutes/month at $0.06/min effective rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe on Starter and Growth. Scale customers can pay by ACH, wire, or PO with annual invoicing.
