Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Smart Moves Limited (“SmartMoves”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the SmartMoves AI Voice service (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, company, role), service-usage telemetry (call metadata, agent configurations, dispositions), and content you upload to power your agents (scripts, knowledge bases, lead lists). We also receive call recordings and transcripts you generate through the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to provide customer support; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; to comply with legal obligations including TCPA, DNC, and applicable telecom regulations; and to send service-related communications.
3. Sharing
We share information with sub-processors strictly required to deliver the Service (cloud infrastructure, telephony carriers, speech and language model providers), with your authorized integrations (e.g. your CRM), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained per the policy you configure in your workspace (default 90 days). Account records are retained for the life of the account plus the period required by applicable law for tax, audit, and dispute purposes.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights contact director@smartmoveslimited.com.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. Recordings are stored encrypted at rest; transport uses TLS 1.2+. We follow SOC 2 Type II controls and undergo annual third-party audits.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We will post material changes to this Policy here and, where required, notify account administrators by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
