How fast can you actually pilot on our data?
If you can send us a sample lead list and a recording of a baseline call, we can stand up a pilot agent in 24 hours. Two business days is our worst-case from intro call to first dial.
Do we need to switch off our existing dialer?
No. Most customers run SmartMoves Voice alongside their dialer for the first 4-6 weeks and benchmark side-by-side. We integrate with ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, any SIP-based telephony provider, and direct webhooks.
Who owns the call recordings and transcripts?
You do. Recordings and transcripts live in your tenant; we retain them per the policy you set (default 90 days). Region pinning is available on the Scale plan - talk to sales for HIPAA + BAA.
Can we talk to a current customer first?
Yes. We'll connect you with two reference customers in your industry once we've had a 30-minute fit call. We don't share references publicly.
